1. Eligible slate + odds serviceThe worker filters the schedule first: Saturday only for CFB, Sunday/Monday only for NFL. PropLine supplies DraftKings and comparison-book prices; snapshots are stored server-side so line history can be audited over time.
2. Research workerScheduled enrichment layers can add injuries, weather, depth-chart changes and matchup context. Price-edge calculations remain separate so missing contextual data cannot masquerade as quantitative edge.
3. Ranking engineThe engine compares available DraftKings markets with sharper/reference prices, estimates fair probability, and ranks 20 selections per league. No market type gets a reserved slot. Positive modeled edges are labeled explicitly; lower-confidence best-available picks remain visible instead of being misrepresented as +EV.
4. Grading workerAfter finals, the grading worker settles supported sides, totals, team totals and player props from final scores and official box-score statistics. Anything the available data cannot prove remains pending rather than being guessed.
